These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MyNextCup (the “Service”), operated by Simplify It LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

MyNextCup is a directory that helps people discover coffee shops. Listing information is aggregated from public data sources and contributions, and may contain errors or be out of date. We provide it “as is” without warranties of accuracy or availability.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Claiming and managing listings

By claiming a listing you represent that you are authorized to manage that business. We may verify claims and may approve, reject, or revoke them at our discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy of information and content you submit, and you grant us a license to display it on the Service.

Acceptable use

• Don’t submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Don’t scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Don’t claim a business you’re not authorized to represent.

Intellectual property & data sources

The Service incorporates open map data subject to third-party licenses. See our Attribution page. Our own content and branding remain the property of Simplify It LLC.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for reliance on listing information.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
