This Privacy Policy explains how MyNextCup (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Simplify It LLC, collects, uses, and shares information when you use mynextcup.com (the “Service”).

- Account information. If you create an account or claim a listing, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).
- Listing information. Business details you submit or edit as a verified owner (hours, description, contact info, photos).
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser). This may involve cookies.
- Server logs. Standard request data such as IP address and user agent, used for security and diagnostics.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To create and manage accounts and verify listing claims.
- To communicate with you (e.g., account, claim, and password-reset emails).
- To measure traffic and engagement in aggregate.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, email delivery via Amazon SES, and analytics via Google), and where required by law. Coffee-shop listing information is public by design.

Data retention & your choices
We retain account information while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Account holders can delete their account from the profile settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
